The franchise concept "School of Speed Reading and Wise Learning" will start business in another country in the region - Slovenia, and the recipient of the franchise is (according to Mihael Babic. Namely, Babic was once the recipient of the DOOR International franchise in Slovenia and the company's coach, just like Caslav Mancic, one of the creators of the program "Speed Reading and Wise Learning" When Babic learned that his former colleague Mancic had designed a program for children, based on the techniques of "speed reading and wise learning", he did not hesitate much about starting new job.
"Speed reading" throughout the school region and in Montenegro
"School of speed reading and wise learning" arrives in Montenegro. The first branch will be opened in Podgorica.
"School of fast reading and wise learning", an educational system that expands its network through franchising, has entered the fourth market. Namely, a master franchise agreement was signed with partners from Montenegro, and the first school will start operating soon in Podgorica. - The recipients of the master franchise, Zekerija and Maja Fetić, addressed us with the desire to take the "single unit" franchise for Podgorica. However, during the conversation with them and after we held a promotional workshop, which attracted more than 300 participants, and after the expressed interest from other cities for the "School of Speed Reading and Wise Learning", we, as donors, and they, as recipients, it is better to sign a master franchise agreement - explains Miroslav Samardzic, who, along with Caslav Mancic, is the creator of this educational concept. Zekerija Fetic is, by the way, an experienced entrepreneur, owner of Montenegro Capital Investments, which, among other things, deals and business education, while his wife Maja is an English teacher. - My wife worked in a bank as a translator for a long time and in recent years she has been looking for an alternative. When she suggested that we take the franchise "School of Speed Reading and Wise Learning", I was even a little skeptical, but I still decided to go and talk to Caslav and Miroslav during an official visit to Belgrade. At that meeting, I realized that this is a very high quality concept and that there is business potential - says Zekerija Fetić how there was cooperation with the franchisors of the "School of Speed Reading and Wise Learning". The second motive, as he says, was that they have four children and the organization of all activities is very complex, and the happy circumstance is that classes in the "School of Speed Reading and Wise Learning" are held on weekends. - Practically everything coincided, our private needs, the interest of the wife who completely found herself in this business and the potential of the market. Maja also became the first licensed lecturer of the "School of Speed Reading and Wise Learning" in Montenegro, and we are preparing two more coaches - says Fetic and adds that he is especially glad that they entered the business of educating children because such work contains a social and humane line. Franchising itself is not foreign to him since he is engaged in business consulting and believes that it is a good model for those who want to expand their business, as well as for people who do not have much experience in entrepreneurship, but also for those who have capital and want to invest in it. already a proven successful business. As a special problem in the markets of the region, he sees the fact that financial institutions, especially the banking sector, have not recognized this business model as specific. - The banking sector has not sufficiently met the franchise, which instills far more confidence than other start-up businesses and because there is a positive business experience of the system, brand recognition, knowledge transfer to the franchisee. I think that this support system should be developed, which would push the development of franchising in the region - Zekerija Fetić points out.

The School of Speed Reading and Wise Learning won the Balkan Awards 2019 - in the field of education
At the award ceremony of this traditional award, among the subjects that in the previous period contributed to the development of culture, art, health and sports, was the "School of fast reading and wise learning". This franchise system was awarded the Balkan Awards 2019 for the most successful regional project in education . The idea of developing the program "Fast Reading and Wise Learning" started in 2016. as a pilot project that aimed to optimize and adapt the existing program of DOOR International - intended for employees in large companies - to children and youth. The first positive results in the achievement of school-age students were soon shown, and the pilot project spilled over into a project of a regional character, which began its dynamic expansion in 2018. Today, this system is franchised by Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Montenegro. This award is just a confirmation that work in the field of education can be recognized and supported in our environment, as well as that education can regain its lost social significance. recognition and pointed out that it represents "an award for all of us throughout Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Montenegro" and Caslav Mancic, the author of the program - who pointed out that the initiators of this system set an ambitious plan in 2016, saying: " ... we want to have tens of thousands of kids in ten years who can read fantastically fast, learn with incredible speed, get incredible amounts of data, and be able to show it here and in the world. " He ended his presentation by stating that the plan is being realized perfectly and that he is glad that they recognized it in the "Balkan Awards". In Belgrade, March 13, 2019, Mirjana Poljaković
School of speed reading and wise learning in Croatia
"School of speed reading and wise learning", a franchise concept intended mainly for children who want to learn speed reading and learning and memory techniques, is arriving on the Croatian market.
Hrvoje and Helena Tkalčić decided to embark on entrepreneurial waters and opened the "HELENA Teaching Center" in Velika Gorica, Croatia, which will offer specific educational programs intended for children. One of the programs they chose was the "School of Speed Reading and Wise Learning", with which they signed a master franchise agreement.
- Searching for such and similar programs for our children in Velika Gorica, we were not able to find anything similar. This gave us an idea and motivated us to open our own company, that is, a training center, where we would gather more programs for children with the help of which they would learn what the classic school program does not allow them - increase levels of focus, concentration and self-confidence. mastering the technique of fast reading, efficient learning and successful presentation of what has been learned - which are important skills that would make such educated children very different from their peers - explains Hrvoje Tkalčić.
Although they do not lack ideas, for a start they decided to take two franchises, and one of them is the "School of fast reading and wise learning". - We will also develop our own programs. We have a lot of ideas. But it seemed to us that franchising is a good choice for someone who is just entering entrepreneurship. In addition, we followed the work of Miroslav Samardzic and Caslav Mancic, the owner of the concept of "School of Speed Reading and Wise Learning", and we saw that the concept was worked out to the smallest detail, which is why we are convinced that it will succeed on the Croatian market - says Tkalcic.
According to him, Velika Gorica is a favorable environment for entrepreneurship - it is the sixth largest city in Croatia, it is close to Zagreb, there are many small entrepreneurs, but also young families, which certainly affects the concepts in the field of education.
Hrvoje and Helena Tkalčić will soon start with free workshops during which they will introduce children and their parents to the program "Schools of fast reading and wise learning", and the school will start working at full capacity from the new school year.
Miroslav Samardzic, one of the idea creators of the "School of Fast Reading and Wise Learning", says that he is very satisfied with the expansion of this franchise system, and he is especially proud of the expansion in the countries of the region. Namely, in addition to the master contract signed for the territory of Croatia, at the beginning of February, the school in East Sarajevo started working (it is a single-unit franchise), and the contract was also signed with an individual recipient in Montenegro. That school will start operating in April.
- Every day we receive inquiries for franchises from Serbia and the region, so we are satisfied with the interest and achievements. In BiH and Montenegro, we signed individual franchises because we thought that these were more accessible markets, and such were the demands of franchisees. As far as the Croatian market is concerned, it is still the European Union market and I think that alone, without the recipient of the master franchise, we would not be able to make a significant result - Miroslav Samardzic explains.
The franchisee received complete knowledge regarding the development of this school, in terms of materials, employment of educators, marketing, classroom equipment. The materials of the "School of Speed Reading and Wise Learning" are thematically adapted to children, and during classes they develop learning techniques, they also bring their own lessons. The goal is for children to learn how to achieve the best possible results with as little effort as possible. When it comes to speed reading, throughout the duration of the program, all texts that are read are of relatively the same weight to keep track of progress. The progress of speed reading and comprehension levels is measured every two weeks.
Necessary infrastructural conditions are classrooms equipped with tables and chairs, a computer, a printer, a TV or a projector. In smaller cities, one classroom is enough, and in larger cities, two. It is good if they are in a circle where children are already coming and where there are similar activities.
There are currently 11 "Schools of fast reading and wise learning" operating in Serbia, and one each in BiH and Montenegro, as we have already mentioned.
Across the region / "Schools of speed reading and wise learning" can be found in Serbia, BiH, Montenegro and Croatia

HOW MUCH MORE DO I HAVE TO ENDURE?
Experts believe that a five-year-old child can concentrate on one task for an average of 10 to 15 minutes; a school-age child should be able to devote his concentration to a certain activity for much longer - up to forty minutes, as long as the school hour lasts. However, quality concentration also requires timely rest from focused activity, so it is good to take short breaks between periods dedicated to one activity. These breaks do not have to last long; often a few minutes is enough for children to refresh their concentration. Of course, the purposefulness of a break depends to some extent on the length and severity of the activity that preceded it, and even more on what the child needs to do next, but for an average child ten to fifteen minutes is usually enough to "recover" even the most complex intellectual activities.
So, in order for the child to maintain a sufficient level of concentration during a longer activity, it is recommended that he take a break every twenty to thirty minutes - during which he will engage in something completely different from the given activity; it can be the most common going out on the terrace, eating a few snacks, talking to a family member, playing one level of a game, making a short phone call or exchanging e-mails ...
In this way, the child as a whole will be more concentrated and successful in continuing to perform the activity, than - under some kind of "coercion" - being asked to complete the activity in full, before he can do something else or go on for longer. resting.
ADVICE FOR PARENTS: Be careful with the pressures you want to "motivate" your child to complete an obligation; sometimes it is MORE - actually LESS, and vice versa.
HELP! I DIDN'T BE ABLE TO "CATCH" ANYTHING IN CLASS!
Everyone - both adults and children - encounters learning difficulties; for some students, information is received, processed, and stored in a different way than usual, and they are therefore more often faced with problems in reading, writing, or arithmetic.
We can recognize this different reaction:
- in reading - words, sentences or the whole text (dyslexia);
- in writing - copying, grammar or manuscript in general (dysgraphia or disortography);
- in mathematics - calculation or writing of written or spoken numbers (dyscalculia) ...
From the above, we see that learning difficulties can interfere with the ability to understand the concept of number and solve mathematical problems, the ability to read and understand the text read, or they can appear as specifics in writing.
It is necessary to recognize specific disabilities in order to help children with learning difficulties to master the material as successfully as their peers through special and adapted ways of learning support and through the use of reading, memory, arithmetic and learning techniques in general - learning difficulties.
It is interesting that children with whom it is possible to recognize DIFFICULTIES in learning - expressed in ONE domain, can often be GIFTED in another - which should also be able to recognize.
RECOMMENDATION TO PARENTS AND TEACHERS: do not forget that by pressure and insistence you will not achieve the desired goal; confidence in the ability to activate the child's abilities and adequate support - lead to success and overcoming obstacles
ATTENTION ATTENTION; I LOST ATTENTION!
Parents are often confused by the fact that their children spend concentrated hours watching cartoons or typing on the computer, and when it comes to work obligations - their attention drops galloping.
Where is the possible answer?
The key part of the answer is in motivation and interest.
When we are interested in something, we can deal with it longer; so the child can concentrate better and longer if something is interesting to him - because the emotional response to the given content is much stronger, and therefore much longer.
So we see that the emotional state affects attention. How?
Negative emotions cause a narrowing of the repertoire of thought processes, and positive emotions expand them. We know that emotions are important in the educational process because they activate attention, which is usually a prerequisite for learning and memory. So, the more pleasant feelings there are during educational activities, the easier, faster and longer the material will be remembered.
What does the school of the future look like?
A school that enables children to learn through the creative process and encourages them to do so. Which teaches children visual representation and mapping of information; which teaches them to - through the application of specific principles and techniques - be satisfied with their achievement ...
In a word - which provokes positive emotions in them, and which develops their independence and individuality. A child leaves such a school confidently, without fear and insecurity - able to acquire new knowledge, use existing ones and easily adapt to new life situations.
7 EXERCISES TO BEGIN TO THINK LIKE TESLA
We can also use some of his habits and methods. Why not try to think like Tesla?
Before that, you need to learn to use the brain as a whole. Here is what Tesla did. When he was little, his father gave him a series of tasks: to guess other people's thoughts, discover the shortcomings of some form or expression, repeat long sentences, count by heart. Thus, in addition to the left, the thinking one, he increasingly used the right half of the brain, the one of playful imagination, daydreaming, pictorial thoughts.
Here’s more specifically - Exercise One: Use whenever you can both halves of the body for the same activities, be right-handed left-handed and left-handed right-handed. This will balance the work of your brain, whose left half controls the right side of the body, and vice versa. With a hand that you don't write with and use less of, you do easier things in the beginning: turn on the light, open the door, brush your teeth, try to eat. Then write and draw. Over time, some shapes become more complex. Then with both hands at the same time, then in the opposite direction (from right to left). Throw the ball alternately with both hands, use both hands and feet in sports (shoot the ball with the one you wouldn't normally do). There are many suggestions, let's say you wink in both eyes…
The second exercise is speaking in a certain rhythm. Speak slightly slowly, with small pauses between words, use original words or those that can create a clear image in your head (not sorry but hello, for example). The right half loves rhythm, sonority, and what we think and say has a greater chance of being realized. That is why it is important to choose words and symbols carefully, without haste.
The third exercise in ordinary conversations is the continuous enrichment of the language with new words, coins, witty intrusions and unexpected twists in meaning (for example, I bought a book instead of a hill). Because playful and witty thoughts free from rigid logic, and pictorial expressions and unexpected twists ignite the imagination.
The fourth exercise is to develop a penchant for every art - dream, draw. Play, draw various shapes on paper as you can think of them, then color them. Combine, create new shapes and shades. Then imagine them all and continue to combine them. Talk to yourself, ask yourself random questions, without thinking, but as quickly as possible, and answer them to yourself, logically and with meaning, so that it is picturesque and witty.
Try to express yourself in the ten, there is knowledge that it harmonizes the work of the brain with its rhythm. Listening to music, especially chanting, spiritual and any soothing, also brings it to a mild and sublime state, and as Tesla believed, and it is unbelievable to us - listening to gusal and folk songs! Or listen to some music that encourages you.
Fifth Exercise is fantasizing - as much as possible. Imagine traveling to impossible spaces, walking the rainbow, reaching the treasury with treasure, new knowledge, and looking in your mind for what will improve the world, for example. Or while squinting, imagine yourself in various states, walking after the summer rain, watching and admiring the rainbow.
The sixth exercise refers to the well-known and already recognized mapping of the mind, when you draw on paper - in the middle a topic, the main one, and as branches from it what makes it or should.
Exercise 7 involves squinting relaxed and imagining an object, and then looking at it from all sides, changing the look and color in your mind, first a familiar object and then a completely unknown object. Be detailed in this, that's how inventions are made.
